"The hotel was very nice and clean. But staff not so helpful. Elevators were also very slow, the hotel is so big that people have to wait 10 min plus for the elevators. 4 star hotel but not so much the amenities since you have to pay extra for everything, including luggage hold."

"i had a wonderful stay at lotte hotel, staff friendly , food and good room service, convenience location"

"Seems like this hotel's room heater isn't working. Seoul is very cold winter time & no heater, so room is freezing cold"

"We stayed for 2 nights and it was the perfect location. The rooms were very clean and bed very comfortable."

"Location was good. Staff very helpful, tried to help."

"Sauberes Zimmer und gutes Frühstück"

"Very nice and no issues, about 10 mins walk to metro and lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby which was good, they even kindly let us check in when we arrived much earlier then expected which we really appreciated thanks so much"

"Generally a good experience but the automated lighting the bathroom with the motion detector is extremely annoying. Rooms are also quite tight."

"useful access to Lotte world through private gateway. price of food and coffee(AUD$20!) exorbitant(next door shops more reasonable).strange rule of access to swimming pool and gym only once daily"

"Hotel favorit ketika ke Korea, Lokasinya bagus dekat tempat makan, Shopping, Bahkan ada Laundromart self servise yang bener2 bikin Traveling mudah deh"
