"Good rooms, had some duct tape on the bath tub tho to seal out water"

"Clean room"

"Second stay at this hotel. Staff is very nice, beautiful surroundings and great location. Breakfast was very good."

"Average hotel for a night stay. Clean but aged rooms. Most staff are welcoming and polite others were arrogant. Overall average stay at hotel"

"Staff were very accommodating always with a smile."

"Harga trlalu mahal.. Ke city center agak jauh berjalan kaki.. Petugas front desk ramah"

"The bathroom was handicapped equipped and poorly designed. The water in the shower was not contained and thus, it covered the whole floor and took all night to dry. Not only did your feet get wet when you went to the toilet in the middle of the night it also was slipping hazard. The breakfast was not good. The hotel is conveniently located to Kassam Stadium, but not to the main areas of Oxford. There is a convenient bus stop, but busses take 18-30 minutes to go into Oxford."

"This is a lovely hotel. However, the floor plan is very complex. The room we had (and certainly not the cheapest) was on the first floor. Up to the first floor in the elevator. Up several steps, down several steps and then down 2 flights of stairs. This is definitely not accessible."

"We had an excellent stay. Grigori (sorry if I have your name wrong!) was lovely when we checked in and gave 5 star service. Our room was huge and spotless, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was well worth the cost and was very nice. Rooms have aircon and blackout curtains for excellent sleeping conditions. Don’t bother prebooking parking, there’s plenty of signs and a kiosk to pay inside. It’s £8 a day and you can come and go as you please. You can walk to the park and ride to get the bus...

"Staff were friendly and polite, the breakfast was just amazing."

"This is a little gem in Oxford. The hotel actually consists of 4 buildings according to the staff and our stay was just around the corner. The first morning the cold water was not working in one of our two rooms, but it was quickly fixed. It is a Victorian house, so no elevator but excellent character. Ours also came with a living room space, so lots of room and the beds were sooo comfy."

"Great"
