"Beautiful, Amazing staff, the best sky bar in Madrid, great views of Plaza Espana, and the city. Rooms are perfect and the breakfast buffet is the best easy to start your days in the city. "Rooms were clean and well maintained. Even able to move twin beds so they weren’t right next to each other. Roof top bar was very nice! Staff professional and friendly. Would recommend."

"Great hotel. Amazing breakfast! super service. Kind staff. Second stay. Love it. Thank you."

"The windows in our room were filthy. Could barely see out of them. We could not access the big terrace because of renovation. That sucked. Parking was 25 euro per night no valet. Room service food was pretty awful. Worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. The best part about the whole experience was the shower and breakfast"

"Nice"

"The whole stay was ruined by the negligence of staff. Please do not believe what anyone tells you and make sure you get it in writing as staff will change their stories and make you pay for it."

"A very welcoming hotel, the room was very clean and the breakfast was fabulous"

"Third and possibly last visit or recommendation to others. Rm 152 no bigger than closet. Caulking around shower has mold and falling per. Shower sliding door not on track. Very disappointing."

"Nothing. Old, run down 2 star hotel. Need a refund"

"Que las cápsulas estaban limpias y las otras áreas tambien, las chicas que trabajan allí muy amables, fue una bonita experiencia"

"Breakfast was convenient made day easier. Staff helpful and friendly"

"Check in staff were helpful and even accompanied us from Hotel California to Hamsa House, rolling one of our suitcases! Room was larger than expected and spotless with comfortable bed, full kitchen was a surprise. AC worked well, room was quiet, despite warnings of a noisy Disco nearby. Would definitely stay again."
