"food on property was good. checking in was smooth and receptionist was kinda. the airport shuttle ran almost every hour and it was very close to the metro! there was also laundry services and a grocery store next door to get detergent, so you can do your own."

"El hotel es hermoso y muy cómodo, tanto sus instalaciones como su ubicación El personal es super profesional y muy amables todos. Un lugar muy recomendable para alojarse en Madrid"

"We were really looking forward to staying here to celebrate our anniversary as a family, but unfortunately the experience fell well short of expectations. "I love that they clean the room everyday. Even if i slept in around the time they came in, when I came back to my room later, it was clean. I didn't try the breakfast because I ate off the property. Staff was really nice. There is a few things I wished they mentioned at the bar that I was changed extremely high for but I know next time. Staff was really nice though. The guy with the tattoo on the back of his head was our favorite! He took really good care of us."

"Beautiful hotel, staff member helped with getting a shuttle to our cruise. Very efficient"

"シャワーの水圧が少し弱いです。ヨーロッパのホテルはこのぐらいが普通なのでしょうか… 他は全て満足でした。"

"The location was outstanding everything wasnerbay"

"Clean and safe hotel. Good breakfast."

"Amazing stay in a beautiful room in the perfect location. Home away from home with even a Dyson hairdryer in the room. The roof top bar and swimming pool looked spectacular. Would 100% recommend staying here and would certainly book again without hesitation."

"Nice clean and centrally located"
