"The room was not that clean . When I wanted to take a shower, there were hair balls everywhere. the bathtub did not work. Our last night we went to guest service for a reservation for the steakhouse when we went to the steakhouse the reservation was never made, The person for guest services promised us that he made the reservations. The app was not working for us. That’s why we went to guest services and they did not care about it. We talked to the front desk. They did not care about it as well....
