"Great resort, free self-service laundry. Bring your own pods in a plastic soap dish. Fabric sheets in a zip loc bag. Book your excursions there, they are very efficient with those. Book your dinner reservations when you get there. Silk and Calabash are upstairs in the air conditioning. Didn't go to the vegan restaurant. The Italian restaurant has fan but not air conditioning. Lovely resort and super nice staff. Waterpark closes at 5. Go see the petting zoo, take a few carrots or an apple. Gym...

"What we liked most about the hotel was that it was in close proximity to the airport. The staff was very welcoming, down to earth, pleasant and very friendly.
