"Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!"

"Room was freezing cold. Dirty sheets and pillow cases."

"11/10 had everything I wanted and more, clear notes on things that may be hard to operate for your first time like the washer/dryer. Unbeatable for the price"

"We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. It is so comfortable both inside & outside and just what ee needed -...

"From the beginning of our 3 night stay to the departure it was a wonderful time! Staff was the friendliest I have ever had of all the places I’ve stayed throughout my years! I will definitely be returning!!! The Spa was amazing!"

"Quiet and clean"

"Good clean room and an easy place to stay in Rochester. Comfortable bed and all that. The place is showing its age a bit and the elevator doors could use some servicing, but everything functioned. My one complaint is that those are probably the least absorbent towels I've ever used in my life. I recommend someone from the staff actually take a new one home and try it themselves."

"Spa tub was very nice, room itself was nice and clean. The mattress however was in dire need of replacement... It was well beyond sagged and extremely uncomfortable."
