"Friendly and helpful staff"

"We enjoyed our stay in our bungalow. The room was very clean and the staff were attentive. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didnt like was the bus route. We didn’t remove a star since it wasn’t the hotel fault, but it wasn’t reliable nor frequent."

"Great rooftop gym with views of the skyline! Wish the site mentioned the pool was closed for maintenance (which was the main reason I booked the property) but I still got to enjoy laying in the sun on the rooftop. The courtyard was open and comfortable with nice seating, great spot to have an espresso. Staff was lovely and helpful"

"Perfectly situated for walkable Florence, and the attendant. Aldo, was fantastic - he even took pity of these tired travelers and carried our backpacks up and down the three flights of stairs! The location was well marked, tho sort of a rabbit warren of a neighborhood which only added to the charm. The space itself was clean, well organized and efficient. Oh and they kept our bags post-checkout which allowed us several hours of easy adventuring before our departure. Florence is a fabulous...

"Amazing place! Close to the train station and within walking distance to all the landmarks. We came to the hotel a few hours before check in and the amazing staff stored our luggage and let us sit and enjoy coffee on their patio outside. Would definitely recommend."

"Centrally located hotel - everything is within a 20-minute walk. The rooms are clean and modern, but what sets this place apart is the staff. The front desk team, especially Leiann and Nick are incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast staff are also outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure we have what we needed - and they make excellent cappuccino. I would recommend this place to family and friends, and will return here."

"We really loved the hotel. The rooftop is really fab in the lovely weather, even without access to the pool off season. There’s plenty of seating to sit in the sunshine overlooking Florence. The free access to the gym and laundry self-service was a nice touch also. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags in storage on checkout and use the rooftop for a few hours before we leave for our train. We would recommend this hotel to others and will be looking up other Social Hub...

"The staff were nice and some were just doing their job. Shout out to Camila at reception and David the doorman who were very helpful and pleasant all throughout our stay. The room is decent but for the price we paid, I had expected more. The breakfast is decent but lacking as well. I think they are short handed for the amount of guest they have. Every time we go there for breakfast, they alway run out of some food and don’t refill them right away. Again, for the price we paid, we expected more....

"The staff is amazing, kind, and informative they were able to give us a map and locate all the sight seeing areas for us. The facility is clean, centralized where you can walk to all the areas but still off the main path so that it’s quit enough. Their breakfast items were good. I utilized their laundry services and it was pricey but really well worth it. Overall I would recommend and stay here again!"
