"Right next to the MCEC and the DFO. Was extremely convenient for last minute shopping and in CASs I had forgotten to get something with me for the stay in Melbourne. Multiple 7/11s around and close to Southern Cross station. An absolutely phenomenal and friendly staff welcome you and very helpful with room services. Also free tips and services for better sleep was provided which was so cool and convenient! 10/10 would recommend!"

"The hotel is clean , service was excellent and amenities are great , loved the Ru Co bar very relaxing and welcoming . Did find that it was hard to wind down in my room as you can hear everything from the rooms around you , I was trying to have a restful day on the Saturday and all I could hear was the cleaning of rooms this went on most of the day either above me or on the floor I was on . "

"Really good property, great location at the east end of the cbd. We had a very comfortable stay. Only feedback would be the indoor pool water bring very cold. Secondly, having options for firmer bedding and pillows would really improve guest experience. The mattress in the room was sagging and wobbly at best and pillows were just too soft."
