"The staff were friendly on arrival and willing to help with queries . The room was stifling hot the window wouldn’t stay open to its intended maximum opening and the fan was pretty useless . The room was small, and bathroom Internal so that was unbearably hot . We went to use the pool after checking opening times to be told no one could use it as there was glass in it . "The room was functional but definitely not spacious. The shower extractor fan was not working, which the cleaning staff were clearly very aware of but no repair, causing the whole room to steam up badly. There were NO 120/240volt 2 pin shaver/toothbrush plug sockets anywhere, only USB, poor. We could see a nice quiet garden from our window but prohibited from using it, being reserved for sauna guests. On our first night one of our guests starters didn't arrive until most others had finished...

"Extremely disappointed, ruined what was meant to be a special event for my mother 90 years old. The room was in choking state of poor cleanliness. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, walls , sink and even on the Courtain and the balcony area. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable to be in. "We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation. The hosts were very accommodating of our dietary requirements, which was greatly appreciated. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and very comfortable beds. Everything was well maintained and cleaned to a high standard throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local amenities, the pier and lovely walks. It’s also only around 5 minutes from a beautiful sandy beach....
