"Loved the Iris hotel experience. The room was very clean, comfortable and overlooking the sea. The staff were extremely attentive, and looked after us very well. The bed was giant sized and haven't slept so well in years. The continental breakfast was just right with lots of choice. I was very impressed with the whole stay and it was very reasonably priced. Well done to the staff, they worked so hard for us. 👍"

"Driving up to this hotel it definitely had the wow factor. Reception staff were very polite and welcoming, and provided a very high level of customer service. The room itself was beautiful very large, clean and the bed was so comfortable. Evening meal was beautiful and so was breakfast. The only downfall is that this was a short overnight stay. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning "

"I booked last minute for 1 night only. It was classed as a single room n was quite reasonable. It also included breakfast. The room was clean n comfortable but very basic and in need of painting. It wouldn’t be the type of room you’d stay in for a holiday but for one night @ that price it was fine."

"Excellent stay as usual. Staff are very well trained and deliver excellent service. There was an issue with our aircon and they weren’t sure how long it would take to fix so they moved us to an equivalent room with no trouble or hesitation at all. The hotel and grounds are immaculate, the cleaning and gardening staff must work very hard. We’re only down the road in Liverpool, but try and pop over to doubletree Chester a couple of times a year for special occasions."

"Lovely hotel,very clean with friendly staff. One down point was our room wasn't cleaned one day, this didn't bother us as we keep things clean anyway. This didn't impact our stay and we both had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend away, we would definitely visit again"
