Cari Hotel di Wales

"The breakfast was very good although my wife expected fresh grapefruit and cheese. Evening meal very good with excellent friendly service, however I had a very funny version of a prawn cocktail. Car parking excellent. Hotel very difficult to find but once driven fairly easy to navigate. Walked into town which was closer than we thought. Bedrooms small but warm."

"Lovely, spacious room, with balcony, which was pleasant. We stayed on the sixth floor and really enjoyed the peace, away from the crowds and kids! The wine and Welsh cakes were a nice touch too. Breakfast was good and staff members were all excellent - professional, helpful and friendly. A very relaxing stay."

"Nice rooms, easy parking. Have a night porter who was very helpful. Have stayed before and would be happy to stay again."

"Room small unclean and breakfast buffet offering was terrible. The location and price were good but they were the only positives."

"There was an issue at check in regarding our family room whereby the expedia booking info hadn't pulled through correctly to the hotel. I would recommend emailing the hotel after booking to reconfirm everything. The family room was a decent size, although towels were stained and the free mini's were half used. The pool facilities were lovely. The pool was a little chilly, but jacuzzi very nice and warm."

"Short 2 night stay for a business trip extremely close to the millennium stadium. Really nice hotel, well decorated and great service. Would certainly return"

"The location of this hotel is beautiful, and all the staff we encountered were pleasant and welcoming. The restaurant staff were particularly lovely, although the service felt a little chaotic at times, especially at breakfast. I’m not sure whether they were short-staffed, but the food itself was good. The spa was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay, particularly the outdoor pools with their gorgeous views. Our room was modern and nicely presented, but it lacked some finishing touches,...

"Only stayed the one night but lovely room with everything you need."

"Wonderful stay. A beautiful grand hotel. Room was really clean and comfortable. Great location. We had a fabulous meal in the restaurant ."

"As shown, a very pleasant stay with a young family"

"Great room and hotel, easy self check in very straight forward. the corridor outside our room room 146 hadn’t been cleaned when we checked in at 3pm, empty bottles, clusters of balloons, glasses all stacked boxes on the floor, rubbish etc and was still there when we checked out in the morning, just a bit of an eyesore when going in and out the room. Great service at the bar and the room was great."

"Perfect place to stay."

"Lovely room, great food and service brilliant!"

"Excellent location. Lovely bar although not used by us. Nice breakfast. Had lunch too which was really nice."

"Room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was good."
