"The hotel itself is great and the staff are wonderful. But I do not recommend this hotel if you want to walk anywhere. There are a lot of homeless and they will follow you and hover around you and it feels very unsafe. If you plan to stay here I’d recommend ubering or driving to your destination."

"It wasn’t what I expected for the price we paid. The rooftop deck is nice but tiny, and next to the HVAC unit so all you hear is the loud constant hum when you’re up there. Not very relaxing or enjoyable. Hard to have a conversation. The location is great for events in the area. Easy to get to. Parking garage was a bonus. "1st staff person rude told us they would call when room ready stored our luggage. Came back later gentleman said didn’t know about call . Picked up bags they had no tags on our baggage. Only stayed there maybe 14 hrs not worth $600"

"I rented a small room in this quaint property for a night. Despite being small they had staff at the front desk during the day. There's a little lounge off the front door and I believe complimentary tea/coffee stations on each floor. I had a view of the neighboring brick building a few feet away. While there wasn't a window directly across there were some nearby. The location was great. Walking distance to lots of great coffee and food choices! It was difficult to find street parking ($8/hr) so...

"The property is older it felt somewhat clean but there was a piece of carpet missing, the bathroom door was in bad shape and I had to pull a large amount of hair out of the drain for the bath to drain. The pool and hot tub weren't available. The staff was not friendly. The location was great for enjoying the Olympic National Park."

"The staff was nice, fitness center had equipment that I needed, hotel was generally clean. An old coffee pod was left in the coffee maker, the toilet seat was incredibly loose, the elevator smelled like something died in it, and the trash can in the garage was always full."

"My wife and I stayed at the Icicle Village Resort Jul 21-23, 2026 in Leavenworth. We loved the fact that the resort is at the end of town, closest to Hwy 2 which made for a nice walk from the resort to town. The property was clean as was our room. The housekeeping staff were kind and attentive as were the front desk and the staff in the restaurant. What we didn't care for was the location of our room when we requested a quiet location, but were given a room closest to the banquet room on the...
