"Really clean room , needs a bit of dusting to be done o the coffee machine . Need an extra chair in a disabled accessible room"

"My bijou little room was on the first floor of the inn (as opposed to some rooms they have in separate buildings). Quite a nice little room but no view and I had to climb onto the bed to open the velux window. When I opened the bathroom window I had unfortunate cooking smells from the kitchen extractor which was a few feet away, so I only opened it outside meal times. There was no information in the room so I had to wait until the morning to get the WiFi code - I think this should have been...

"The only issue was parking - there was none! We had to unload the luggage and park at the local rail station, a 6-10 minute walk. Everything else was perfect."

"Overall, a decent stay in the newer part of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, but the room suffered from a few maintenance issues, including a very dusty fan, a few stains, and flat pillows. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and bedding quality, it would be a great room."

"Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off. A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight)."

"Great car parking, nice and handy location. There wasn’t a guest lounge which was a shame- had to sit in the restaurant on an upright chair when I would have liked to have relaxed sitting on a sofa. The door lock to my room was a bit loose. As a lady travelling solo I would have appreciated a door chain for added security on the room door"

"This is my hometown and I was visiting from Canada. Lovely room nice and clean. I ended up with an accessible room which was lovely but no drawers or cupboard to store clothes which was a bit odd. Front desk staff awesome and friendly lots of tea and coffee for the room The one gentleman in the restaurant made my stay with giving me ice and being so chipper they breakfasts are a fantastic deal I’ll be back Please consider placing fridges in the room! That was the only annoyance"

"Natalie was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing excellent recommendations and local information. Our room was spotless, and the entire estate was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We felt very secure throughout our stay. The on-site parking, located behind secure electric gates, was particularly reassuring. Despite the area's narrow roads, access was straightforward, and the safety mirrors installed...
