"Comfy beds. No shower or bathroom vent. Breakfast abysmal. At least provide toast!"

"The pet fee per dog is very high. We already paid about $150 for the room but were told there would be a $75 fee for each of our 3 dogs. The breakfast is really basic with no hot foods, the hotel needs updates and is very overpriced for the condition of the rooms and facility. The pet area is not close to the hotel as well. "What a gem! Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant/Bar serve an excellent variety of dishes and cocktails. Rooftop lounge (although bar wasn’t open yet for the season) offers a fabulous view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Looking forward to a return visit in season and to explore quaint Wytheville!"

"Hotel was clean everywhere. Looked practically new. There are lots of options for restaurants nearby. Staff was beyond friendly. Breakfast was really good and fresh and area was kept clean and stocked. Mountain view was nice. "

"Mmmhh, not the typical Hampton experience. Upon check in, the lobby seemed unusually small and with a group of 3-4 checking in ahead of us and my group of 6 it was tight; although I know this was probably an unusual situation-not a complaint just an observation. Parts of the hotel were being renovated while we were there and looks like it is going to be very nice; however, outside (back/side) it was the messiest site I have ever seen; this is speaking to the contractors doing the renovation...
