"The staff were excellent throughout, very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed, and the hotel had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived and nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again."

"Airport shuttle one of the reason we book there . Staff are helpful but this time receptionist who checked us in did not mention that our bed was changed from king size to double and a single due to the fact they gave us a shower.
I woukd have said no and taken what I paid for months ago
Shower had dirt on the walls looked like mold and bed was small per photos"

"Just a stop over route to London, but a good choice to stay for a few days. The rooms are adequate size and the bathroom was well laid out. The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Good choices and dishes were replenished efficiently. The staff were polite, personable and helpful. I’d come back and stay again. Good location for shopping, business and steps from the train station."
