"The location was the primary reason for booking. We arrived to Manchester by train from York to catch a flight to Atlanta the next day. The Radisson Blu is at the airport and the train from York stops at the Manchester Airport. Another reason I booked, and elected to upgrade to a room with a runway view, was so my husband could watch planes land and take off from our room. Sadly, we couldn't see any of that. We saw parked cars and fuel and luggage vehicles scurrying around. Very disappointing....

"Great stay. Hotel was clean and bright. Bed was super comfortable. Reception staff helpful. Well located across road from airport station - which you access via skylink walkways from terminal.
Very reasonably priced for what you get. Step up from a travelodge or premier inn.
Breakfast good value (though could have done with an extra chef as poor lady was running around like crazy trying to refill empty trays)."

"The hotel was ideal for what we needed and was a comfortable place to stay. We had booked breakfast as part of our stay, but unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told this wasn’t showing on the system and that we would need to pay again, which we did.
We later found our booking confirmation showing that breakfast was included, and the hotel was helpful in resolving this and provided us with a refund. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated that the issue was sorted out."

"Lovely double room, everything still felt quite new.
Sauna not as warm as I’d like, steam room was brilliant. The gym is small but well stocked, everything felt fairly new. I Had room service from the restaurant below, that was the only downside - the food wasn’t great. It was a bit dry and missing a lot of the main advertised ingredient. Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of it.
Definitely recommend the stay just not room service."
