"Very good overnight stop. The intent problem was resolved, though the logon process is more detailed than any other hotel stay we have experienced all over Europe: each return to the hotel required the process to be repeated. Underground parking is for the hotel - brand new. A good breakfast which was well managed. Overall we were very happy - comfortable beds."

"Very comfortable, very clean, very quiet. I had a room that faced the air ducts and a wall, which is perhaps why it was so quiet. I noticed other complaints about noisy rooms, perhaps they were street facing. I slept very well, undisturbed. Location ideal for train station and old town. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Very disappointed to be given Floor 5 with 2 large dogs. Asked repeatedly for a lower floor the check in staff very unhelpful kept saying fully booked and couldn’t move my room. The annoying thing was not everyone had checked in and they could I am sure done a simple swap for me. Very frustrating to be met by poor service and little empathy "
