"Clean room and awesome breakfast "

"Property was somewhat nice. The room was nice. The television in the living room had limited working channels and the 2nd bedrooms television didn’t work at all. That would’ve been an issue if my 5 year old stayed there because he wouldn’t have been able to watch tv in the room that was sleeping in…..television that was paid for….to work. The WiFi also isn’t very good at all. Not even the paid option. Other that those two issues, the stay was fine."

"Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The property is extremely large, which made getting around difficult and inconvenient. If your main purpose is spending all day at the amusement parks and only returning to sleep, many of the hotel amenities feel unnecessary and not worth the added cost. One positive was the food — I ordered dinner from one of the hotel restaurants one evening, and it was actually very good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the room itself was not well maintained. I found a roach in the bathroom, which was very concerning. The bathroom overall appeared worn down, the vinyl flooring in the room was in poor condition, and the sofa bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, one day the fire alarm went off, and when guests exited their rooms, the staff appeared confused and did little to reassure or direct anyone, which made the situation feel even more unsettling. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."

"Amenities are great, most of the staff was pleasant. Pool side service is amazing with Gaston and Brian! Downside: the housekeeping staff is very inconsiderate. We had a housekeeper come into our rental while my minor daughter was in the shower and proceeded to use our toliet backwards! My daughter came out of the shower when she realized it wasnt us and found the housekeeper squatting over the toliet. My daughter told her to leave and not to clean right now. She huffed and grabbed her phone and left. Housekeeping manager didnt seem to bothered by it and only wanted to refund 2 days of resort fees. A whole $70... very disappointing. We will not be returning after this. Make sure you put your DND on the door. Mind you we had just arrived the night before so our rooms shouldn't have been ready for service in the first place. The next day their was a dead squirrel in the hot tub. I feel like its going down hill quick."
