"As for my stay overall was disappointing and will not be returning. I would also warn others to not stay at this location. First issue was checking in no one was at front desk to check us in waited almost 30 min I was on my way to leave when the lady finally showed up. Once she was there the actual check in went pretty smooth . Finally get to room, I had requested non smoking well the room smelt like someone had been hotboxing it on a regular basis. Went back down to front desk tell the lady the issue she say it’s not her problem. And me being me said it was her problem and to fix it. She changes room . Get to new room it looks acceptable. Except I had requested a crib, no crib in room call front desk they ok no problem they bring crib up . And promptly charge me 50$ for them bringing it up I obviously am like what is this for was informed it’s there policy, ok whatever. The room is ok not the cleanest place or the dirtiest it’s ok. The sheets on one of the beds were stained so took them off and found blood stains all over the mattress and at that point decided it was time to go. I don’t meen like little stains, looked like someone had butchered a cow. "

"Staff cancelled our reservation while I was on a 10 hour flight. This without contacting me. I was traveling with my disabled daughter and contacted them on the day before about the wheelchair delivery and our late check in. We stayed here before as well and apparently HHonors membership is not what it used to be. We arrived just before midnight and they offered no help at all or showed any empathy."

"Nice breakfast, great ammenities, super nice staff. HOWEVER... They charge separately for parking, $27/ night. They hide this with tini-tiny text on the Hotels.com website, so make sure to take into account this additional charge per night that you stay."
