"The room was decent, no issues. The complimentary breakfast was terrible and the cereal was stale. The hot food was like a three out of ten. The “free shuttle” times should be posted on their website because the times for pick up were not good. We used Uber and Lyft instead. If you stay here, the rooms are decent but don’t count on a good breakfast or good times to get to the parks or get picked up from the parks."

"We had issues with our first room, was not clean , found 2 bed bugs and they switched us over to a different room at 1AM. Staff at the bar were rude. Breakfast was 9/10. Disney shuttle was easy and convenient to use. Local shops near us. Great location."
