"Ripken Baseball fields are next door, so if you're looking for a romantic getaway, call first and ask if there are any events going on at that complex. The hotel was amazing, but absolutely packed with pre-teen/teen kids who made the adult vibe of the rooftop bar & restaurant feel more like a Frankies' Fun Park. "We had a beautiful stay in one of the cottages. The large jetted tub was wonderful! And, the beds and linens were super comfy. The cottage was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Very nice stay! "

"The Ramsey hotel was a decent experience, but nothing special. The room we got was ok...nothing particularly bad, but nothing great. I didnt know our room had a share door into the adjacent room. Wasn't a fan of that, but had no issues. The photos of the pool room were highly edited in the add to make it pop...in reality, it was kinda dull. Water was cloudy. Waterfall looks like its on it last life. Idk if at one point it was a full on water fall, of just a couple dozen streams shooting down....

"The property is perfect, but we were not pleased with a $15 charge to park in their parking lot. Thats a little ridiculous when you're already paying to stay there."

"Didn’t stay at the hotel, the minute you walk in there is no restroom to use. So the receptionist gave me the card key to the first floor room. As you enter you are hit with musty moldy mildew spores. Being asthmatic I was unable to stay in the room. The receptionist showed us a second room and needless to say it wasn’t any better, I ended up with a full blown attack. The girl at the desk then tells me that she isn’t authorized to give refunds."

"We stayed here for the Monsters on the Mountain Festival and were very pleased. Our first time renting a condo, so we were a little nervous. Great accommodations within walking distance of the LeConte Center. Will do it again for sure."
