"This hotel was not up to the standards of other Palace Resorts I have visited. We stayed for 8 nights along with three other families, and all were very disappointed. First off, I reserved a "Superior Deluxe Ocean View with Balcony" and was given a room with a roof view, and slim view of ocean. After speaking to the front desk about this I was moved to a different floor and given a room that was one room down from one of our friends who paid $800 less for a "Deluxe Resort View with Balcony". "I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival.
