"Room was great. Bed was excellent. Very clean. The property could use some cosmetic work as it looked a little beat up in places. Breakfast was average, pretty standard. The food area needed more room. People were bumping into one another frequently."

"The room was nice and recently remodeled. However the lotion dispenser was empty in both rooms I stayed at. In 1 of them the shampoo dispenser was almost empty and the defective showerhead would spray water all over. "

"Clean rooms, they looked updated, Staff were all super nice and very friendly and helpful. Casino was great, lots of new games, all tables opened just a little smokey."

"Price was fair, but check-in was a hassle. The office was locked during posted hours and we had to call a number, along with a few other confused guests. Turns out it’s a keyless check-in, but you only know that if you book directly through their website honestly, it feels like the property is being run by someone sitting at home. Room was basic nothing special, just a place to sleep and park. Also, the non-smoking policy didn’t seem enforced since people were smoking right outside. Overall, not terrible, but definitely frustrating."

"We ended up going on a diff weekend due to storm blocking roads. Nice they allowed us to change despite policy. However few problems with our stay 1. Housekeeping. We asked for extra comforter / duvet as we had 4 guests in that each preferred own blanket. Multiple times had to re-ask as housekeeping kept taking them during cleaning and turndown. On top of this there were some shelves covered in thick layer of dust. Superficial job. 2. Food was OK. Manzanita was decent but lobby and taco place weren’t very good. 3. Main pool and hot tub closed for maint. Spa pool was open for use but was looking forward to hot tub. 4. Ski in / out not possible due to lack of snow — sometimes a ski Sherpa from Northstar would help drive down guests, but only if you had a lesson otherwise they’d fuss. So either hike down mountain with skis or take 2 gondolas."
