"Makes no effort to accommodate or provide information for disabled or handicapped visitors. Signage is terrible. There are no benches for people to sit, even in the lobby where you check in/out. Maintenance fixed our bathroom sink and left towels and dirt all in the sink and on the floors. The furniture in the room was stained and dirty."

"The property needs to be updated.. The rooms have older decor and not the cleanest."

"We love the price at the Claridge. The location is perfect. We had a problem with the first room we were in, no air conditioning. They put us in another room and it was perfect. The Italian bistro on the 6st floor is a great place to eat. And the VUE on the roof is decent."

"The staff were really nice. I called for additional blankets and the gal brought me a mattress cover then she came back with sheets. How does a hotel not have Blankets? But is was a nice stay but needed blankets that they did not have. The room was freezing. The breakfast was great. Delicious BACON. The ladies at the restaurant kept it very tidy and clean. I will definitely stay there again."

"The staff were very professional and courtious. the property was nice however when on the second floor walking towards my room the carpent was in need of a good cleaning. The room itself was very clean but the hallway was in need of vacumming"

"It is showing signs of age, and there are some maintenance issues. The sink in our room was cracked, the furniture is showing wear. It seems to me that it is ready for a remodel. I have stayed there several years and I’ve been very happy with the staff and the hotel. But again has maintenance issues.and ware."

"This place was filthy. The lock on our door didn’t even work. The bathroom shelf was so loose I thought it was going to break. The toilet was dirty. The room stunk. There were people standing out side smoking marijuana and drinking. It was so bad, we only stayed one night if our two night stay. We chose to stay awake for 24 straight hours and drive home rather than staying another night there."
