"Typical Apart-Hotel, simple access and decent amenities, The units bathroom size can vary, nice little welcome package with dishsoap, paper towels, pack of laundry soap etc. The Front desk manager was amazing and very helpful. The included K-cups could be better. For being in a building with some kind of Verizon association the WiFi was pretty slow, I ended up using hot-spot.. Overall the price was the same as a small hotel room nearby so you do do the math .... tiny hotel room or 1 Bd....

"Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. I had a garden view room which was perfect as I didn't have any street noise... save for some emergency vehicles. If your room overlooks Mass Ave you will have plenty of city noise. "4/5 stars. Would stay again.
Pros:
- GREAT location; easy walk to Fenway.
- Beautiful building w/ nice modern clean interior.
Cons:
- Ownership utilizes a 3rd-party mgmt platform; this made me nervous, as I've had poor experiences in the past with a property listed on Hotels.com but using a 3rd-party platform for signatures and payments. During the aforementioned poor experience, Hotels.com reps initially told me that this was not allowed, and that I should make no payments off Hotels.com....
