"Excellent hotel, Very clean, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and efficient. The amenities in the bathrooms were a welcome treat, lotions, toothbrush, makeup towels. Shower was sparkling clean and warm. Really nice property. We will definitely staff again. "Expedia does not tell you this. This location charges $10 for parking. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast bar was clean and well prepared. The bed I had. Was terrible. Felt like I was sleeping in a hole in the middle of the bed had to cling to the sides. Water pressure good appeared clean"

"The room was very clean as were the other areas of the hotel we saw on our short stay. The room was very comfortable and roomy. Staff was helpful. The only downside was the shuttle service can only carry 7 people so we had to uber to the airport. Perhaps booking the shuttle service with the room would have secured us a spot. Would definitely stay there again for traveling through that area."

A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean.
Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. "

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe.
