"The hotel is beautiful!...and it smells terrific in the lobby/elevator areas! The views are phenomenal and you kind of feel like you're on a cruise ship. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom/shower was beautiful! We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Good food but pretty expensive! The old fashioned tasted like a bandaid. The oarking garage situation is a little frustrating because it costs SO much!! We paid $21 for 40 minutes! We pulled in to park and bring our belongings up...

"Gorgeous property, delicious breakfast but we were there on a 60 deg day and the heat was blasting in the room. We couldn't turn it off and were sweating all night. I had called to ask about turning it down and they said it wasn't possible as the A /C wasn't yet working. If it wasn't for that, the stay would be 5/5"

- Window’s screw came out when opening window. Very old frame
Overall, an initially delightful stay that ultimately disappointed. Would not come back"

"I went down for breakfast at 7.30 am when I returned an hour later someone had been in my room my reservation strongly states that I'm leaving checkout is at 12:00 why was a hair dryer in my chair that I don't use and the one for the room is in the closet. I didn't appreciate it at all. "
