"Stayed with my three kids, room was lovely, large, with windows that opened so we could let the fresh air in, the room was bright and had several windows! Slept so well and loved the lobby coffee. Great location, excellent food at the on site restaurant and loved the convenience or the wine and beer store next door. All and all the best place to stay."

"I unfortunately had a terrible experience and I cannot determine if Expedia was to blame or the Hilton. I went out of my way to upgrade my room to a high floor with a view. When I got to the hotel, I was given floor 1, which is the booking that I was avoiding. There was nothing the hotel could do for me and there was nothing Expedia could do for me, as I received the two queen bed booking that I booked because "I did not screenshot my selection of room." The Hilton could not do anything for me...
