"Location was perfect for Tamworth Town, as soon as I arrive quite late in the evening I was greeted by a friendly smile and the WIFI code was given to me as a priority, perfect no one want to hunt or ask for the code. Keys were explained for access, I decided to have a pint or two before bed, the locals in the bar were extremely friendly and included me in their conversations, made me feel very welcome. "Old carbon monoxide alarm are a problem with alarm going off at 2am aparently this is due to 2011 old wiring its a fault staff know about and pass off lightly as oh it maybe dust. we turned off air con as a precaution not great for the price paid. Restaurant staff were lovely as was the food overall nice stay that could of been great but hotel is showing its age and is in need of refurn in places"

"Staff are always great. This is a budget no frills venue but the beds, towels and shower are all good, which is all I ask. Staff always friendly, service great and food is nexpensive."

"The Good, the Bad and then there is the lack of sleep… The good included the pleasant and friendly welcome and the service from the hotel's team throughout, plus the comfortable bed, the large TV and good Wi-Fi. The bad is down to the room that you are allocated; having stayed a couple of times, some rooms are more pleasant than others in terms of décor, comfort, cleanliness and maintenance. "A hidden gem!! We booked one night at The Station whilst working locally and it was fantastic! Check in was easy, convenient parking and the room was stunning! The kitchenette was a fantastic addition. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked to come back 2 days later. Our go to place now when visiting Coventry. So peaceful and gorgeously designed!"

"Hotel is literally across from Birmingham Airport. We missed our flights to Valencia due to Avanti Trains taking 8.5 hours to make a 4 hour journey. (What a disgrace and joke of a company) Anyway we booked flights for following morning. Checked into hotel and was so pleased we did. Room is big and bed is comfy. Usual tea/coffee making facilities and lovely bathroom. Room was spotless and very quiet, we had a great nights sleep. This is an excellent hotel."

"We didn't use this stay. We realised we had inadvertently booked the wrong night. Upon trying to swap the night we were told no. No swap no refund no nothing. It was super hard to get through to the property, phone just rings constantly. We had to go via a third party who did try for us but to no avail. Our fault but no assistance from the property"
