"The room was very spacious, quiet and clean. The only down side for me is the lack of mirrors in the room. I am 4ft 11ins and I could not reach the only mirror above the bathroom sink. The staff and bar patrons were very helpful and friendly. It felt like a family run business. NEC is just a bus ride away, and the bus could be caught just outside the hotel. In a nutshell, I had a fantastic stay."

"The room was small and cozy, which was perfect for my short solo trip. It's walking distance to the train station, a supermarket, and several shops, pubs and restaurants. Only weirdness was having to check in and get room keys at the pub a couple doors down. This wasn't mentioned beforehand, but luckily the pharmacist nearby guided me in the right direction! "

"The staff were very freindly & helpful, I messed up the booking & arrived 24 hours early but the lady very kindly still found us a room . Breakfast was cooked fresh & very nice . Secure parking & close to the city centre with good transport links . "
