"Positives is the staff were very friendly, rooms are starting to look a tad dated, curtain rail was hanging off in my room which wasn’t ideal for wanting to not be woke up early doors"

Issue with heaters in room but felt wasn’t dealt with properly! Room sizes were good, facilities within the room were good, having tv set to a loud number was an issue especially when up very early and put tv on would wake neighbours "

"Hotels.com offered an upgrade to a suite which I accepted and was confirmed in writing. Upon check-in was told that Hotels.com frequently do this even if the property is fully booked. Very disappointing. Room was ok. Quiet. Awful smell emanating from the toilet though."
