"Overall our stay was good. The room was clean and majority of the property was clean as well. There was some trash on the beach surrounding the restaurants which was disappointing. The food at the different restaurants was delicious and all of the staff members we encountered were amazing. It was nice to have 2 different pools to go to and the gym was really great. "

"Overall out stay at Blue Bay was good. We booked an ocean view room but was a bit disappointed to see our view included the construction of a new beach which made our view not as pleasurable. "First, upon arrival, the room where I received the toilet was dirty. They did not clean it, and hair was everywhere. I had a room change. The second room I received was at the end of the hall in front of the staff storage closet. The smell of bleach was everywhere. The room was clean, but the tub had hair on it, and the floor next to the TV had hair. The restaurant's food was not good. I ordered a drink, and you could not taste the alcohol. The second day, housekeeping came to clean the room....
