"It is a clean hotel with a comfortable bed. The man who checked us in was great. The folks at the bar/restaurant were very friendly as well. Our only glitch was confusion over the status of our parking. We were led to believe it was a $70 fee for the week when in fact it was $25 per day and the woman who dealt with us was not as polite as we might have hoped. Maybe she was having a bad day, but this was disappointing."

"We had a great stay at the Hilton Logan Airport Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant experience near the airport. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The best things going for this property are the proximity to the airport and the free airport shuttle.
There was only one elevator working so wait times were long for that. The room was alright but definitely in need up updating, although the beds were comfortable and seemed relatively new.
We appreciated the friendly front desk associates and the shuttle driver was a safe and efficient operator, we were at the airport without delay.

"Staying at Citizen M is a lot like shopping at Aldi. There's some insider knowledge needed. The hotel is fairly high tech. The check in is mostly self service. You even make your own key card. "My wife and I stayed here while we were in Boston over the weekend for a wedding. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. The building itself shows some wear, but the room was clean, the people were nice, and the price was right for a place within a quick drive to downtown Boston. "I was here for a total of one hour. This is not a hotel, it's a motel with a major highway right next to it. The room smelled bad, my TV didn't work, and the sheets didn't fit the bed. The bed was also really low to the ground as it consisted of a wood platform with one mattress on it. I was on the first floor and people above me were walking around so much and that's all I could hear. I will never stay here. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!"

"This was a decent hotel overall. The best part is the location to restaurants and boardwalk.
