Coffee stain on floor that later turned out to be a leak which was never fixed although maintenance was told three times. Washer did not work. TV would go in and out. Maintenance was advised of issues, but they were not corrected. Elevator would not go down, but I was able to get out. It was fixed later that night. "Convenient location - overall an OK experience but could be better in some areas. The breakfast options were average - however within a short walk were multiple coffee and breakfast options so was not too bad. Amenities - I did not use them so unsure how to rate them or if there were any. The rooms were ok - one small window for natural lighting - which was a downer however the bed was comfortable. The bath/shower combination is a bit limiting for showers - a larger shower would be more...
