"I’ve stayed here before and enjoyed the hotel and molton brown products. They do not give you water on arrival. We also had no air conditioning and the room was hot all night. Disappointing, won’t be back. "

"Recently remodeled and mostly great. Bed was not comfortable, transferred a lot of motion from partner while sleeping, and foam pillows were way too thick with no other option. Gym had basics that you need. Breakfast was decent but got very busy right before closing. Our room was quiet which we really appreciated. Elevators were very slow at peak times. "
