"Nice hotel in a decent location. A slight walk from time square but I knew that when booking and was fine with that.
Staff were nice however the resort fee is quite expensive just for some coffee. Noting the day we left coffee hadn’t even opened yet as the staff hadn’t arrived to work yet an hour later than it was supposed to open.
Overall a decent hotel for what you expect in NYC, I would probably return again if the price was decent."
