"Make sure your door closes behind you. We came back and the door was not closed all the way, I noticed this when we first arrived. I think it was a heat on the time we were there, I am sure the air conditioning could not keep up with the heat expected over July 4th weekend."
"Good location, walking distance to the subway and shops. I appreciated that the minibar was included. I didn’t feel nickel and dimmed the way other hotels do. The staff was helpful, especially the night staff. I do wish the the rooms had more plugs. Fusing a place to even plug in the coffee maker was a bit odd."
"Loved the location the football table on the 2nd floor was perfect for my boys and washer and dryer worked great. Only downside was the street noise but I assume thats normal for New York"
"Such a nice room, and in such a good place in the city. Korea town is super close and has such good food + shops. They let us check in a couple hours early and held our bags after check out because we had a later flight that day. Overall, great clean room, super close to subway station, great location city wise, super nice staff, and for what we paid it was more magical than we could’ve imagined for a first ever trip to NYC."
