"We chose the hotel for its location. We found it cold and uninviting. The facilities were clean and comfortable but little things were missing. One minor example, the coffee machine didn't work well and we were left with just two pods of coffee each morning. I guess we were not expected to have more than a cup. On the second morning I asked at the desk for recommendations for a good morning coffee/bakery.I was directed to a small, tacky bodega around the corner, (stale muffins, poor coffee). I found staff less than helpful. Also, I was lead to believe there was valet parking at the hotel, however I was directed to a self parking garage two cross city blocks away. All in all disappointing experience. Never Lombardy again."
