"Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Teile der Einrichtung sind allerdings in die Jahre gekommen (vor allem der Teppichboden) und insgesamt war es nicht ausreichend sauber (viele schwarze Haare, unter dem Sofa Essensreste von einem vorherigen Gast, ungespültes Besteck in der Spülmaschine). Wir hatten für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind gebucht und bekamen nur 1 Duschhandtuch. Auch war das bestellte Babybett bei Ankunft nicht da und wurde nur nach...

"This was a really cute aparthotel. Easy to find with the directions they gave and in a cute neighborhood. Close access to the tram and a ton of restaurants, plus the shopping mall is about a 5 minute walk away. Having laundry in the room was super helpful and the washer worked great. The only downside was that one of the blinds would not go the full way down and in the summer when the sun sets at 11pm it could make it difficult for people to fall asleep/ stay asleep."

"Very little to no communication with the staff there. Only saw one person on staff from 10am-6pm. There was no phone number to reach anyone. There was no hot water for more than 12 hours and no one to contact to fix the issue. Location was good and the room was clean and comfortable."

Right near some great ice cream and coffee shops. "We had an overall great stay at Princes Street Suites, with the location being the biggest highlight. The starting point (Stop 1) for all of the hop-on, hop-off bus tours is right outside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing around Edinburgh. The apartment-style accommodations were well equipped, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also appreciated the option for a late checkout, which made our departure much less stressful.
