It had good reviews, was close to the airport, and a fair price. I'm glad we found this place. The staff were friendly and responsive, and there are several transportation options to and from the airport. It was clean and quiet, and the beds were comfy."

Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. Great hotel and good value."

Staff were friendly, clean, good sized room and full kitchen! Two minutes to train station including Metropolitan line which goes to Heathrow. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by or a short walk as well as museums. Perfect location. Highly recommend "
"If you’re just looking for a good quiet place to lay your head that’s in a convenient location, I highly recommend this place here. Doesn’t have a ton of great amenities but it’s quiet, comfortable, and so close to the tube but not in a noisy way. "

Great location, very short walk to tube and public transport and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Would happily stay again. Only concern in basement room would be temperature if weather was very hot!"

"The Ampersand is a beautifully appointed hotel with comfortable rooms and exceptional staff and service. We spent 6 nights here and found the area of South Kensington wonderful, with many restaurants, museums, and the hotel just a short walk to the Tube, making getting around London easy. We loved our stay at the Ampersand Hotel and highly recommend it!
