"After we lost power this week, we needed a place to stay. They were very welcoming to our local family. The front desk person was concerned for our inconvenience of having to find a place to stay until our power was restored. The place was clean. Our room was comfortable and very quiet. Next time we have out of town visitors or we need a place to stay we will definitely contact them."

"The only issue I had was that the bathroom was so tiny. Anyone with mobility issues may have a problem with it as it is so tight. Luckily my husband was not with me on this trip, as he would have had serious issue using the toilet and shower."

"The place was old, worn down and damp. There was mildew in the bathroom the constant leaks cause the door to be swollen so that it could not be shut. The air air-conditioning was blasting on all the time making it difficult to control. Overall, the stay was unacceptable and we left early."

"This is an extended stay place and very affordable. Bare bones and not luxury, but we really just needed a bed for the night. It was not super clean or well maintained, and they have some colorful guests, but for $100 a night that’s what I expect. I did not see any bugs (I don’t do bugs). Water pressure was lousy, but we had clean towels and soap. Beds have cheap microfiber or some other kind of fabric instead of cotton and there was a mystery spill on the floor next to the bed. "Rustic and simple but very clean room in a quiet and peaceful off-the-beaten-track area with a friendly and helpful manager. When an unforeseen weather event took down many trees and power lines, resulting in no electricity or running water that night and with the street temporarily blocked, the manager was very kind and helpful and provided water bottles and offered adjustments. This was in the face of a days-long disaster for both the inn and the whole township."
