"Room was great for a family with kids. Only downside, the lobby is not staffed and the room had a very bright exit light making it very hard to sleep as the room doesn’t really get dark "

"Das Zimmer war sehr groß und es war perfekt geputzt. Allerdings war der Teppich extrem abgenutzt und fleckig. Abends hatten wir nach einem zusätzlichen Kissenbezug gefragt und der Mitarbeiter sagte das wäre nicht möglich. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir den Kissenbezug dann von einer anderen Mitarbeiterin bekommen."

"I’m a bit miffed on this hotel. Normally I get a decent stay at every APA hotel. Oddly my watch for sleep score was the highest here at 97 which is great. But asking for small things like an extra pillow they were like no. You have a pillow already, or an extra key card and again no, I think it’s a thing here to just say no to every ask. The corner room was much more spacious than I imagined compared to other APA. The room was clean and shower was functionally adequate. The bed was comfortable...

"We just stayed at the Citan Hostel for 3 days and had a great time! Nice basic, comfortable accommodation. The hostel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and centrally located for everything we wanted to see. In addition the staff were absolutely wonderful!"

"Hotel is close to everything you need for your stay. Its besides the Ok store where you can buy groceries, fresh fruits, meat and ready to eat sushi and other jaoanese food. Transit is walkable too about 8-10 minutes on both the Hibiya line going to Akohabara, Shibuya, Ueno and Ginza and ths JR line the Asakusa station. Place is clean and staff are very polite and helpful. Very safe too even at late hours. Also lots of restaurant serving the best japaness food. "

"Clean room, high-quality amenities and service. Offers luggage storage service. Onsen on the top floor is superb and better than many private ones outside, although not tattoo friendly. Breakfast is not complimentary and quite expensive at 2500 yen but it is higher quality, just too early in my opinion only open until 9am. There is however complimentary late night ramen which was good. "

"Great place to stay if you're looking for a simple stay! The room was small but just what we needed; bed and shower. The area is quite quiet so if it's your first time in Tokyo maybe find a different neighbourhood to get more of a fun vibe. But it's great for the price and close to the metro. Very kind and accommodating staff!"
