"Very clean. Good location. Wonderful staff - I mean wonderful. Not a modern high tech hotel, but very nice and fitting for Santa Fe. Breakfast has limited choices, but always fresh and clean and wholesome. It was a very good value."

"Breakfast was pretty typical, but was easy to access. We loved the 5:30 Kickback cocktail & snacks. We really enjoyed Jo, who was the very friendly bartender! We also received terrific help from the ladies at the front desk when we messed up our reservation, which they quickly fixed! Great location for easy access to Canyon Road, as well as the historic sites, restaurants & shopping!"

"The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh. The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. "

"Lovely room, free parking, decent comfortable beds ( pillows flat and a bit too firm for this soft sleeper). Disappointed that tv only had cable and was not a smart tv. Definitely need to upgrade these - as after returning from a day of conference meetings, I wanted to sit back and relax with a movie or my favorite show and the cable programming was my only option (outdated). "

"Classic property right off the plaza. A little confusing navigating given the renovations, but the atmosphere and history was comfortable. Our room was spacious and the fitness center, while a bit small for the size of the property, well outfitted including a rower. Can't beat the location for strolling to all the Santa Fe sites, museums, shopping and dining."

"It IS unique but it is NOT a "boutique gem" as advertised. The staff was apathetic and incompetent. This hotel is in a state of SERIOUS disrepair. The handicap ramp was freshly painted and had caution tape strung across it on day 2 of my stay. The keypad lock is impossible to see at night because there is no lighting that illuminates that area. The floor & rug of the HOPI unit were not thoroughly swept & vacuumed-there were pieces of paper, string, and fuzz on the floor behind the chairs. The...
