"the resort is very good and modern but my daughter Stephanie and her family has lots of issues with their room. they had to change and the second room had huge leaks that the Hotel could not fix totally. Moreover, we asked lots of time for towels, pillows and more and nothing got done in time. it was painful. the resort is amazing for the kids of course."

"This was a great resort for its price. Very nice and helpful staff. Great amenities and entertainment. Had a great time with fam. Drinks are good and you can ask for extra alcohol but already not watered down. Great to have buffet for both breakfast and lunch, even a grill buffet at night. Restaurants were average and beat was the Japanese, then mexican. Overall worth every dollar. Thank you Jeff, Nicaury, and all staff for making our stay more enjoyable. Specially the guy in entertainment group Jesus. "
