"Overall the hotel was good. Front lobby and lounge area was very clean and cozy. The only issue I had was with the housekeeping and overall cleanliness of the room we checked into. Noticed the floor was not cleaned and the bathroom amenities were all empty. But the hotel management was very helpful in getting those items resolved."

"Room, service, and amenities were fine, but the bed was extremely bad. All of us could not sleep well. My back hurts a lots and AC were so loud and made my throat so dry, so I barely slept both nights. We had extra day for offer but I just couldn't wait to go home to sleep."

"The beach view was great. The room was somewhat small. Our friends had a non lake view and it was a much larger room…so keep that in mind when booking! We had 2 kids with us so a bigger room would have been nice. But it you’re alone or a couple traveling, the lake view room would be great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The the hotel shuttle was a big help getting us around so we didn’t have to pay for rides. "

The staff were also more than accommodating as my partner and I tried everything while we were there: the private sauna, the campfire pit, and visiting the lake out back. "We ended up going on a diff weekend due to storm blocking roads. Nice they allowed us to change despite policy. However few problems with our stay 1. Housekeeping. We asked for extra comforter / duvet as we had 4 guests in that each preferred own blanket. Multiple times had to re-ask as housekeeping kept taking them during cleaning and turndown. On top of this there were some shelves covered in thick layer of dust. Superficial job. 2. Food was OK. Manzanita was decent but lobby and taco place...
