"Booked a triple room with 3 twin beds and had a great stay. Room itself is on the smaller side but it fulfilled all of our needs and was very clean with room cleaning available everyday. The location is fantastic since it’s close to the palace, Hanok village, Annyeong Insadong square (directly below the hotel) and two train stations. It was very convenient when our feet were tired from walking all day and needed some quick yummy meals close by or a quick bakery stop. Would definitely stay here...

A little tricky to find the hotel from airport bus stop. Bedding is ok. Room lighting is very good (bright). Cleanliness is acceptable. Free laundry (separate washer & dryer). "This is the second time I've stayed at the Four Seasons, and each time has been impeccable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the variety of resturants and service at each was excellent. I appreciated that every restaurant had several vegan options and was happy to accommodate special requests. The location is great, close to the subway and palace, which makes getting around very convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Seoul."

"The staff was excellent and helped us plan some of our outings and transportation. The breakfast was excellent also and exceeded our expectations. Although we didn't use the kitchen much, we did use the coffee maker. We also appreciated the washer/dryer and the iron and ironing board. We were traveling with 2 other couples and one thing that concerned all of us was the drop off area at the entrance. Several of us tripped on that area and one of the adults fell and hit her head on the wall....

"This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be close to history, culture and shopping in Seoul, Korea. We had a one bedroom and then moved to 2-bedroom because we needed another bedroom. Having a washer/dryer is a big plus. I gave 4 star for the amenities because the sauna was not updated and no hot tubs. I just want to give a shoutout to Rachel who helped us in so many ways.
