"Great location—easy walk to the airport. The place was loud with revelry past midnight and no one at the front desk to move us to a quieter room. They did allow us to check in early which was nice."

"The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa."

"The room was beautiful but I was not impressed with the pool and hot tub (never got in). It just didn’t look alluring. There were two male staff that were really nice, the rest of the staff were not very welcoming. We met one young lady the last day that was very kind & assistive. At first I thought maybe it was me but then we went to dinner at Buoy Haus and their staff were assistive the moment we excited the taxi. "Stayed with friends in a two bedroom suite. Customer service was excellent, very quick and efficient. Bartender was pleasant as well, very beautiful scenery as well. I will definitely stay again."

"Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! The downfall is, there are lots of stairs but it also makes for a better view 😉 #Location #Hotel #Island #View"

"Ants all over the house TV didn’t work staff not very helpful. The restaurant the Sunset Grill, which is separate entity was fantastic."

"Our condo and the property and staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time. We also recommend renting the dinghy boats next to the condo. My husband and I rented a 15ft and it handled wonderfully. We snorkled at John and it was wonderful."
