"Beautiful property"

"The place could use alittle update, but overall I liked my stay the pool bar was fun to sit out and have a drink and liked the activities the hotel offered like karaoke and shoptalk with the free ride into the shopping/downtown area! Taxi’s or a rental car is necessary at this location."

"Very simple rooms, showing their age. However, the views and ambiance were incredible. Staff is very friendly, and the on-site restaurant served an excellent dinner and breakfast. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met. Also important to know that the only walkable food option is their restaurant, which does not...

"Difficult to access with luggage... (a lot of steps to walk up). So it is for a young crowd. Nice views from the top though."

"Stairs, stairs and more stairs...50+ to get to the rooms with balconies...front desk was very nice and very helpful...room was OK...AC worked pretty well...bed was soft but comfy...no facial tissue in the room...room was pretty clean... especially for an older property...pool was small...and green ...and got greener every day we were there...free breakfast was good...the onsite restaurant was excellent...gr8 happy hour drinks... food was top notch and portions were big...the best thing about...

"Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and the staff was wonderful. My only concern was the large number of iguanas and the amount of iguana droppings around the grounds. Addressing this issue would make the experience much better. Overall, a lovely stay. The villa was perfect for big family . Have everything and the laundry perfect."

"The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless. Very nice fitness center/ pool/ and 4 restaurants on site. Highly recommend and will definitely return!"

"The Island View was charming, the views were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive! We had an earlier morning and they were very kind to make us a breakfast to go. Food was great! If I had to come up with any complaint it would be that the pool (shaded for a good portion of the day) was a bit chilly, but my husband didn’t mind that."
