Hotel is basic, no tv or tea or coffee in room. But tea and coffee next to lifts. And kids don’t watch the tv anyway. Hotel location for great for us for exploring Lisbon and getting train to cascais, which was worth the visit. I would stay here again if in Lisbon

This is a lovely and very unique place. It is very different from staying in a hotel, it’s a guest house with a nice communal feel but not over the top. There’s a really well equipped communal kitchen with some food and drink provided. Outside my room was a small communal balcony, which was really lovely as the French doors of my room op Ed onto it. It was a smoking area but fortunately not many people smoked, but if they did or if there were people spending a lot of time there or being noisy it...

Lovely apartment-close to Basilica Estrella and convenient for tram 28 and buses. Newly renovated and well equipped. Our studio had the bonus of a fantastic terrace. Easy check in with door codes. Would recommend.

Perfect location for us, just sits outside the hustle and bustle of Lisbons main parts. All areas are within a short walk away on the flat! The apartments are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and fully equipped for everything you need. Reception hours are good and all the reception staff are warm, welcoming and exceptionally helpful. Excellent value for money and we would definitely stay again

Don’t even hesitate and book this hotel for your Lisbon trip!
Hotel is immaculate, rooms are spacious, beautiful, huge comfortable bed and amazing bathroom. Staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help and make you welcome. I had a birthday during my stay and was surprised with a bottle of fizz and cake left in our room. Hotel is so convenient for everything and road is very quiet due to traffic restrictions on it. I’ve told everyone how good this hotel is and would love to return to it one...

Really lovely one bedroom apartment in the heart of Lisbon. Was easy to get to everything. Apartment was spacious, clean and cosy.
The kitchen had all the amenities you could need for your stay plus basics like oil, slat & pepper which is really useful when you are only staying for a few days. Mauro, the host, was very communicative and helpful.
Only thing is parking is limited in all of Lisbon, and because we have a van a lot of the car parks had height restrictions, we did find a parking...

Everything about our stay at Raw Culture Arts & Lofts was simply superb.
The staff was amazing and they were incredibly helpful, housekeeping was spot-on and the room was immaculate.
We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates in the room which was a great touch.
Our room on the 3rd floor was vast, furnished with carefully curated Danish Design furniture, high-end toiletries, and fabulous bedding.

Great location. Even though on a busy street, the soundproofing really works. The apartment was well equipped and the extras were a nice touch, especially the wine!
The staff were all very friendly and informative. I would definitely stay there again.

This boutique hotel was such an amazing find! The best, most helpful staff and in a really great location for exploring the old part of Lisbon. We didn't much mind the rainy day we had as we got to spend more time in our room! It isn't often we find a hotel we really want to revisit but this is one, and have recommended it to our friends and family!

This hotel is, to provide a quick summary, excellent. Whilst it was fairly fresh on our visit, the refurbishment has been spectacular. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are something to be hold - nothing has been skimped on here.
The room was large and excellently furnished. A waterfall shower in the spacious bathroom with bed in the comfortable bedroom. Open the shutters in the morning and open the window to take in the lovely Juliette Balcony.

Well located right in the centre of Lisbon near to many of the local shops and restaurants. Made to feel very welcome when we arrived and were treated to an early check in, which was a lovely surprise. The team also gave us some port, wine and pastel de nata as an additional gift.
