Hot Tub wasn't working....... The Cups in my room had some kind of sticky substance on them cause they weren't swapped out. and the bottom cup was used by whoever.... told the Front Desk that i just threw them away...... the Beds were OK but could be rotated every once in a while.....

We booked primarily for the pool and hot tub for spring break. The hot tub was closed with chairs and yellow tape around it. The pool was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. The property in general was dirty and deteriorating. We didn't expect new but clean and maintained. It's a big no for us.

The property is old, stinks. The pool is dirty and from the 3rd floor you can see how cloudy it is the hot tub is broken. Breakfast was horrible. Sausage patties tasted the worst ever. No lighting in breakfast area. I guess it was better if you didn’t see the food. Fresh fruit only small red apples. Bring spray to spray the room. Poor lighting in the room. Bed was ok. Stayed 3 nights and housekeeping can the first day only. Kitchen staff was very nice. Also front desk. But never saw housekeeping. But I have to say shower had great hot water.

The breakfast was fresh, pretty good selection. All staff were very polite. My daughter and grandson liked the pool. Parking was very good. We loved the location of our room facing the woods. We got to watch squirrels, birds, an armadillo, and my husband saw 2 deer. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend Super 8 to my friends. Also it was in a convenient place accessible to all the attractions we went to.

Very dirty and not maintained. Pool was not useable. No hot tub. Room was musty and damp. Ceiling had rust stains and bathroom door was crumbling a part. Coffee pot was in the bathroom. No spa so not sure why that was in the description. Expedia rated this hotel high but read the actual reviews. They apparently always have problems with their pool, which if we had known we would not have booked this hotel. We chose it specifically because we are traveling with a child who wanted to swim, and she was left terribly disappointed and had to spend 2 nights in a yucky room. Would never stay here again.

Stay was ok. Breakfast the first day was short a few items, but was still ok. WiFi worked fine in the room, but not in the lobby. Room was comfortable. Staff was nice and attentive. As far as I could tell, probably the only hotel with an indoor pool in Eureka Springs, and it seemed like it was well maintained. The hot tub was not functional, looked like it needed to be relined. Close to several local restaurants and shopping. Only 5 minutes for downtown. Only negative is the bathroom. No ventilation, but two lights (regular lights as far as I could tell, not UV or heat). Shower was functional, but the curtain kept opening b/c the rod wasn't secure, which led to water spraying into the bathroom. A few things to fix really. But overall, good stay. I wanted a budget stay, and feel like I got what I paid for.

The hotel is dated, but that doesn’t matter. The room was clean, the staff was fantastic and they’re pet friendly. If you need a pet friendly hotel in eureka springs look no further.

The staff was never at the desk when I needed her. The room was not cleaned before we came. There was trash still in the can, makeup on the pillows and the door looked like it was kicked in and didnt close properly. The hot tub wasnt up and running so i didnt get to use it and the pool was supposed to be heated but it was freezing cold. Will NEVER be coming back here again. Would not recommend to anybody.

Not only did yall mess me up with my room reservation it was the first night and the 2nd day yall did it again not one but two different times and i should post the pictures of the room was dirty the 2nd time the motel key didn't work so Left room door didn't lock but i was tired and couldn't get any rest im pissed off at Expedia and super 8 for not having the rooms ready for check inns for the Lord has blessed me but thats a nasty motel and mold smelling

Hot tub not working for the third time on one of our stays. We gave this one the old college try but it disappointed each time. Pool area is NOT HEATED and the pool water is barely heated. Swimming was impossible due to the swim area being 58 degrees according to the wall thermostat on the third floor. Staff is really friendly but that’s about the only plus here. Hotel is really in disrepair..

Took me 20 mins and calling the hotel from the front desk to get someone up there , and then they ended up giving us 3 different rooms because the key cards would not work , the last room they put us in didn’t even have a shower head . This was New Year’s Eve .. we were freezing outside waiting on them to let us in the rooms when the keys wouldn’t work , plus we ended up being late for our plans . The next morning the juice machine didn’t work .. food was ran out and was just an over all awful experience.. this place needs better management and better things

The coffee pot in our room had coffee still in pot and mold had started taking over. Had to have been sitting in the pot for couple of weeks for that amount of mold to be growing. Did advise the front attendant who was very gracious and went and got us a new coffee pot. Also there was a good amount of dust on the microwave cart and dresser so not sure when was the last time the room was cleaned and one of the dresser drawers was coming apart. The day we checked out the pool had some awful scum or something floating on top of the water. The staff was wonderful and very attentive just the rooms need better attention.

The rooms were clean enough and the hotel overall seemed descent however i was super disappointed that the hot tub was under repair and the breakfast was mediocre at best.
