If you don’t have toiletries (only hand soap is provided) Tesco Express is nearby. Check in and check out was super clear and easy, great communication throughout. Highly recommend."

"I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Palmer's Lodge. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The reception team was so welcoming and patient—when I accidentally locked myself out of my room three times, they kindly unlocked the door for me every single time with a smile! "Grubby, tired hallway and stairs made my heart sink as I self checked in. The room was a pleasant surprise. Large and spacious. No shower was a disaster the fact it was adjoining a pub with loud music wasn't the best but the bed was comfortable and I had a pleasant stay. "
