"There was a lack of communication on how to access the property. We had to call to get the instructions from the number that was on the door and they didn’t seem aware that we had even booked. We’ve finished our stay and there is still no response to our messages. Wi-Fi wasn’t working. The cleanliness could be improved (moldy food left in the fridge and cobwebs). "Parking was very easy and secure. The town centre is only a few metres away, so the location is excellent. The room was also very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated."

"Excellent room with very good mattress, very good shower, and very good heating. Had nice seating outside for the warmer weather. We had a bad experience with one of the waiters in the restaurant where it took 25 minutes to get our order taken after sitting down and 55 minutes before finally getting the food. Being a small village there was not really an option to go elsewhere. We normally stay in Henley where there are lots of good restaurants "
