"Parking was very taxing. The staff parking were not pleasant and not helpful. Shower temperature was hard to adjust water temperature. Hard to get new towels. Needing to wait. The towels didn’t look clean and fresh. Front desk staff was awesome and most helpful!"

"The hotel was a bit run down once you passed the lobby. Most staff was helpful. Parking was expensive to not have any direct access to the hotel- after parking your car you have to walk all the way through the parking garage and outside to the front of the hotel. One a more positive note: the hotel is super close to many historical sites."

"I arrived before check in and asked the receptionist if she was able to hold my luggage. I was told no. The very next day, the entire receptionist area behind her was full of luggage they were holding for other guests. The luggage was still there on Monday when I checked out. Despite the hours of operation sign next to the 10th floor diner saying otherwise, I came to discover the diner was closed on Sundays and Mondays. However, I saw guests eating there Monday. Between the receptionist lying to my face about the ability to hold luggage and the mixed information about the diner, I had an aggravating experience."

"When I checked in they told me that the room I selected was unavailable even I booked this months ago. Instead of being apologetic, the staff member said I booked through a third party so it didn’t mean I would get the room I paid for. The manager came over and resolved; however the response by the staff member left a bad impression. Later I called down to the guest service several times and no one picked up. I needed 2 cups. I walked downstairs and the front desk said someone would come up with the cups - no one ever came. I went against my better judgment by not booking at The Logan (which I had an outstanding experience with last year) and trying the Sonesta. Will not return."
