"Nice location near downtown. Beautiful park across the street, with walking access to the Mt Adams neighborhood which has some amazing dining options. Kids loved the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. "

"Upgraded to a premium room at no cost and without request, which was appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk manager sent me a text the day after check in to make sure everything was going well and to ask if we needed anything. I love the location in central downtown near virtually everything you'll need. I'm sure we'll be back again in our next visit to Cincinnati."

"We were in town for a sporting event and just needed a simple hotel for overnight, no frills. The staff was friendly and we were able to check in early, which was a bonus.This hotel was clean, had a small kitchen, close to Covington KY Main St. which was an awesome area. We also walked across the bridge into Cincy which was about 1.5 miles. There are also very inexpensive shuttles that run every 15 mins. The area around Paycor Stadium in Cincy is really nice. Restaurants and bars very close....

"Hotel was very clean and staff were very respectful and friendly, even the cleaners when you just pass by!! It’s your typical average hotel with no problems to run in to. Beautiful patio for walking around. Only down side was all of the surrounding construction, but that’s not the hotels fault. The breakfast options were very limited as well, but still lovely that they The walls are super thin though so expect to hear your neighbors! Especially when showering. "The hotel was very clean especially considering they are currently undergoing renovations. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Especially David at check-in. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was a very nice room. I think the bed could be a bit more comfortable but I was still able to sleep and I would stay again."
