"Hotel pleasant . Reception staff efficient.
Breakfast awful . Just shown to a table and left . No explanation . No cups - self service food was bland - barely warm and had to wait for food to be refilled . Few people complaining.
Bar staff not too friendly either.
Good location tho ."

"As has been the case on previous trips the room was ample for our needs. The hotel is well positioned and is good value for money, however the rooms are starting to feel a little tired with an example being our toilet seat being broken. Evening meals can be unpredictable, and breakfast during this stay was sparse with hot items looking like they’d been sitting there for some time and no white bread available. Whilst it’s meant to be eat all you can, it was more eat what you could on this...

"I had an amazing stay, the owner Nick was very responsive and very pleasant, despite booking last minute. There was a clear guide of instructions of places to go. There was tea, coffee, a socket near the bed, organic milk. When I am back in Bristol, I would definitely rebook, if there is availability. Thank you !!"

"A very nice hotel, the rooms at the rear of the hotel were former farm buildings which have been completely renovated. There is a wet room ensuite which is well appointed. The restaurant has a good choice of food which is excellently cooked and presented. The breakfast menu which has to be ordered the evening before was slightly confusing until I worked out that the price stays the same and you just tick your personal choices. Well sited and only 6 minutes from the Bristol Airport Silver Zone...

"This cellar apartment is a very cool place to stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided helpful information regarding the area and getting around.
Very nicely renovated with a well equipped kitchen, the apartment suited our needs perfectly. The bathroom was large with a great shower. It was very comfortable and quiet which made for an excellent night's sleep."

"We stayed at Future Inn Bristol with our two young children and unfortunately our experience ended very badly.
After check out, the hotel charged us £109, claiming there was a urine stain in the room. We completely dispute this. Both of our children wear nappies overnight, we were extremely careful throughout our stay, I checked the room before we left. Despite asking, the hotel has provided no photographs or evidence to justify this charge.
What makes this worse is that the room was not up...

"Great location and about 15 minutes from the station, an easy walk. The dockside area does get busy, avoid if you don’t like to see people having fun, lovely place to walk around plenty to see. We didn’t eat at the hotel, found a bus to Bath only a few minutes walk away. Nice friendly hotel"
